I'm a singer songwriter, play tenor sax and lap steel guitar and play regularly with 2 bands: a 50s style rock n roll/ryhthm n blues/rockabilly band (The Atlantics) and also a western swing band (Ruby Darnell and the Lazy Rancheros). Stage name is Ruby Darnell !

The Atlantics are signed to the Western Star label and are just about to release a 2nd CD (March 2012). I'm a PRS/MCPS member and have tracks logged with them.

Although I play with my bands I am happy to do some dep work with other bands (either on sax or steel) and come with my own gig equipment (mics, stands, amp, monitor etc) if needed.

I play Mauriat and Yanigasawa tenor saxes and love those blues, rock n roll, jazz - all sorts of styles.

I'm based in North Devon and can travel for the right work.
