Bass Player needed for Heavy Metal/Rock Covers Ban: We are looking for an accomplished bass player who loves their heavy metal and rock. The band is rebuilding after some changes in personnel and the last piece of the puzzle we need is the bass player. We currently have Lead Guitar, Rhthym Guitar, Drums and a Vocalist. We are all aged from 30 upwards however this does not mean that we will not consider any age or gender. At the end of the day if you are good enough then you will be considered, no matter who you are. The successful candidate must be committed to doing their bit to making the band work, be able to turn up for rehearsals fully prepared to learn the songs decided upon, be musically proficient on the bass and have lots of energy and enthusiasm. You must also have your own gear and transport. To give you an idea, here are some of the songs we currently do: The Four Horsemen - Metallica Seek and Destroy - Metallica Wasting My Hate - Metallica Symphony of Destruction - Megadeth The Trooper - Iron maiden It's So Easy - Guns n Roses Rock n Roll - Led Zeppelin. We are also looking at writing some of our own material as well. We are totally focused on working as hard as we can to be able to do as many gigs as we can. All of the members of the band have been playing for 20 + years so we have lots of experience.
